Graduate IT and business development managers

We are currently recruiting for a number of motivated and recently graduated individuals for a leading group of companies based in Hampshire. Our client is actively enhancing their internal infrastructure and management systems, with a dedicated management development process as part of their planned expansion across the group.  

Hence they are looking for recent multidisciplined graduates who will be the managers of tomorrow responsible for IT, help desk, systems development and communications strategy.

They are also seeking business development managers and trainee line managers.

These are extremely varied roles within a diverse business that offers the opportunity of developing across the group. All the roles require strong organizational skills and attention to detail is essential along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, together with a flexible approach and integrity in dealing with confidential information. Our client is forward thinking and is looking for the right people with the appropriate mix of skills up to and including their degree.

Salaries and benefits will be competitive, but dependent upon experience and your progression within the group.
